management team using a range of different resources and facilities

Coached a Works Director in the areas of personal development
and awareness which then enabled him to empower his management team
to take responsibility for the required cultural change
Coached a new operations manager in the areas of people
management and holding people accountable which enabled her to be
more confident in her abilities within this new role
Designed and implemented HR policies and procedures for a newly
established SME
